Personal Training is offered in one of two formats, so instructors may adjust, communicate and motivate in more personal setting during your workout:
- Private Studio Training - One-on-one training
- Semi-Private Training - Limited to 4 participants max
CIRCA offers Private and Semi-Private training in the following:

- Body sculpt
- Boot Camp

- Hatha Yoga
- !pounce! – a Circa Hybrid of Yoga and Pilates
- Kardio-Dance
- Cable-Fit
